A conversation starts with limited details
An inquiry received through an available channel may contain your name, contact email, message, preferred part-time role or availability. A mobile number may be relevant when you choose SMS. Please do not include confidential agenda material, other people's calendars, account credentials or identity documents with an ordinary question.
Where responsibility sits
Wizmeet LLC operates this website and Wizmeet Notes. Its public SMS brand alias is WZM. Privacy questions and requests can be addressed to harrison@wizmeetllc.com. Identify the conversation or topic you mean; additional personal documents should be provided only if a proportionate verification need is explained.
Connecting use to an actual need
Information received may be used to respond to an inquiry, discuss a direct part-time role, arrange correspondence or maintain a requested communication preference. Processing may also be necessary to investigate misuse, protect an enabled service or comply with law. Information should remain connected to the purpose for which it was supplied.
What an enabled SMS service may handle
If Wizmeet Notes is operating through a messaging service, relevant records may include a mobile number, consent choices, delivery information and STOP or HELP requests. Those details support the chosen program and its preferences. Selecting SMS is voluntary and does not determine whether you can apply or be considered for part-time work.
An explicit limit on marketing disclosure
Wizmeet LLC does not provide mobile information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared for another party's independent marketing. The program does not obtain its audience from purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate or third-party marketing lists.
Only the support a service needs
Providers supporting message delivery, hosting, security or compliance for an enabled service may process necessary information for that support, including relevant consent data. They receive no authorization for independent marketing. Limited disclosure may also be necessary to meet a legal requirement or respond to a legitimate security or abuse issue.
Changing the direction of correspondence
Reply STOP to discontinue Wizmeet Notes or HELP for help. Use harrison@wizmeetllc.com to request access, correction or deletion of information actually held, subject to applicable rights and lawful exceptions. Verification may be needed. An opt-out record may be kept in limited form to prevent messages from restarting.
Keeping only what remains useful or required
Retention should follow the purpose and status of the conversation, communication preferences and applicable obligations. Reasonable organizational and technical measures should protect information, with access restricted by need. No safeguard is absolute. When information is no longer required, deletion or de-identification should be considered where practicable.
Young visitors and the current notice
Neither this website nor its recruiting SMS program is directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian concerned that a child's information was supplied can email harrison@wizmeetllc.com. We may change this notice as practices develop; its effective date identifies the version currently available for review.
